Where accounts are issued, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and promptly informing us of suspected compromise.

3) Content & data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Swiss Systems the rights necessary to host, process, and secure your data solely for service delivery.

4) Availability & maintenance

We target high availability and perform maintenance with reasonable notice. SLAs (if any) are defined in service-specific agreements.

5) Fees & billing

Fees are set out in quotes/order forms. Overdue amounts may incur suspension after notice. All fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

6) Confidentiality & security

We protect confidential info and implement security controls; you agree to protect our confidential materials and not disclose them.

7) Warranties & disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” except as expressly stated in writing. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8) Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amounts paid for the applicable service period.

9) Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience per contract terms, or for breach with notice if not cured within a reasonable time.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
