Do I need to replace my tracking units?
Usually not. Swiss Fleet has a gateway that ingests positions from common tracker protocols and from the Swiss Guard / Swiss Jobs mobile apps. Tell us what is fitted and we'll confirm support before you commit.
What does 'multi-tenant' mean for me?
Each company gets its own isolated space — vehicles, drivers, documents, reports — on a shared platform. Groups with several operating companies can see them side by side with a group login.
Which compliance items does it track?
Driver licences and PrDPs, vehicle licence discs, roadworthy and COF, insurance, tracker certificates, service intervals by date or odometer, tyre changes and inspections. Everything with an expiry date raises an alert ahead of time.
Can I control who drives what?
Yes. Operators are assigned to vehicles, with per-vehicle authorisation, licence-class checks and after-hours rules. Unauthorised use and after-hours movement generate alerts.
Does it do fuel and cost reporting?
Fuel fills, cards, litres and rand are logged per vehicle, combined with distance and maintenance into a true cost per kilometre — per vehicle, per driver, per month.
Is it hosted in South Africa?
Yes. Swiss Fleet runs in our Tier-3 Johannesburg data centre, POPIA-aligned, with your data resident in South Africa.
