How is Swiss Jobs different from ServCraft and similar job card apps?
Swiss Jobs is built and hosted in South Africa by a team that runs field technicians itself. Job cards are fully branded per company, the mobile capture is designed for bad signal, quote-to-job-to-invoice is one flow, and it connects to Swiss Fleet, Swiss Workshop and Swiss Nexus instead of living on an island.
Can my customers sign the job card on site?
Yes. The technician captures photos, parts used, time on site and notes, and the customer signs on the phone or tablet. The signed, branded PDF is emailed to the customer immediately and stored against the job.
Does it work offline?
The mobile app captures everything offline and syncs when signal returns, so a job in a basement or on a farm is captured exactly like one in Sandton.
