Yes. Personnel records sync with PSIRA so verified grades become system truth. Expired or lapsing registrations raise renewal alerts before they cost you a contract, and the Manpower Power Center shows deployment readiness by area and grade.
How does push-to-talk work on the app?
One button in the Swiss Guard Android app broadcasts live voice to a site, a custom group or every site. Each transmission is saved as a permanent voice note in the site's WebChat, and the control room dispatch console handles inbound calls without alert fatigue.
What happens when a guard presses panic?
The alert lands in the Emergency Control Center with site, GPS and the armed-response contact, plays a siren and spoken announcement in the control room, and dispatches SMS to the site's emergency contacts. Resolution time is tracked per incident.
Can it run my payroll?
Shift, book-in and leave data flow into Payroll Operations — advances, banking changes, queries and documents — with a full audit history and exports for your payroll system.
Is it usable in areas with poor signal?
The Android app is offline-tolerant: book-ins, occurrences, patrol scans and photos queue on the device and sync when signal returns, keeping their original timestamps and GPS.
Does Swiss Guard include an electronic occurrence book?
Yes — the former Swiss OB is now a Guard module. Officers log occurrences from the app with photo, GPS and server-side timestamp; entries are hash-locked, supervisor-approved where required, searchable across every site and exportable as an audit-ready PDF with chain-of-custody. Every view, export and edit attempt is logged.
