Which clocking devices are supported?
IP-based fingerprint and face scanners (ZKTeco-class devices) enrolled from the platform and seeded to every device the employee is allowed to use, plus our own Android clocking-station app for sites without fixed hardware. Mixed sites are fine.
How does enrolment work?
You enrol an employee once in Swiss Attendance — details, photo, fingerprint or face template — and the platform pushes the template to the devices at the sites they work at. Move someone to a new site and their template follows automatically.
Which payroll systems can it export to?
Audit-logged exports for Sage Payroll, Sage VIP, PaySpace, Pastel Payroll and generic CSV/Excel layouts. Each company on the platform can map to its own payroll system and pay rules.
Does it handle South African overtime and shift rules?
Yes. Normal time, overtime at 1.5 and 2.0, Sunday and public-holiday rates, night-shift allowances, rounding and grace periods are configured per company and per shift pattern in line with the BCEA and your bargaining council.
Can I see who is on site right now?
Yes. A live presence board per site shows who has clocked in, who is late, who left early and who never arrived — with exceptions routed to supervisors for approval before payroll runs.
Is it multi-tenant?
Yes. One platform serves many companies, each with its own devices, employees, rules and payroll mappings. Payroll bureaus and groups get a consolidated view.
