Which fibre networks can you use?
All the major South African open-access and carrier networks. We check every network at your address and recommend on coverage, contention and real-world performance — not on who pays us the best commission.
How does failover work in practice?
A business-grade router with an LTE (or 5G where available) backup path. When the fibre drops, sessions move to LTE automatically; your 3CX calls and cloud apps carry on. We alert you and the carrier, and switch back when fibre is stable.
Can we keep our public IPs and firewall rules?
Static IPv4 is standard on our business links. If you're moving from another provider we plan the cutover so DNS, VPNs and any inbound services move cleanly, usually with a short overlap period.
What do we get from the 'managed' part?
A firewall we configure and patch, monitoring of latency, jitter, packet loss and utilisation, a monthly bandwidth report, and a support line answered by an engineer who can see your link — not a script that asks you to reboot.
What if the carrier is at fault?
We own the ticket end to end. We log with the carrier, chase it, and keep you updated. You have one number to call regardless of whose fibre it is.
Do you do sites with no fibre?
Yes — fixed LTE/5G, licensed microwave or satellite, with the same monitoring and support. Many estates and farms run on these as primary with a second technology as failover.
