Will our documents stay in South Africa?
Microsoft 365 data is stored in Microsoft's South African region; hosted practice systems run in our Johannesburg data centre.
Do you offer a fixed monthly fee?
Yes. Managed IT is per user per month with a written SLA; licensing is billed at Microsoft's price with our support included.
Can you record calls per matter?
Hosted 3CX records inbound and outbound calls and can tag them to matter numbers via CRM/practice-system integration.
